  • Identity & Contact Data: Personal names, corporate business names, email addresses, phone numbers, and primary operating territories.

  • Compliance & Authority Data: Mandatory Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) credentials, including active USDOT numbers and MC numbers.

  • Financial Data: Bank account and routing numbers collected securely via our third-party payment gateway, Stripe, to facilitate weekly automated ACH direct debits.

2. How We Use Your Information
We utilize your collected corporate data strictly to deliver our core administrative management operations, including optimizing delivery routes, organizing administrative dispatch requests, facilitating weekly invoice billing coordination, and conducting security compliance checks via the public FMCSA registry.

3. SMS and Mobile Messaging Privacy (Mandatory Disclosure)
Foster Logistics Solutions is fully committed to protecting your mobile privacy.

  • No Sharing of SMS/Mobile Data: Mobile phone numbers collected for the purpose of SMS text communication, and the corresponding opt-in consent records, will never be shared, sold, traded, leased, rented, or disclosed to third parties, external marketing networks, or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.

  • Consent Exclusivity: All mobile opt-in data is kept strictly confidential and is used solely to deliver operational dispatching updates, customer care tracking, and account billing notifications directly from our team.

4. Third-Party Data Security
We do not sell, trade, lease, or rent your personal or business operational data to external third parties or marketing networks under any circumstances. Financial transactions and bank data linkages are processed exclusively through standard encrypted Stripe Payment Infrastructure.

5. Data Retention and Security
We implement standard industry administrative, technical, and physical security measures to shield your registration files from unauthorized access or operational breach. Data is retained securely for the active duration of your support agreement.
