Policy Effective Date: June 9, 2026

1. Scope of Service
Foster Logistics Solutions provides administrative office management, route-planning optimization, billing coordination, and administrative dispatch services to independent 1099 courier owner-operators.

2. No Refunds for Rendered Services
All administrative services are billed as a flat 8% management fee based on gross weekly revenue and are collected via automated ACH direct debit once local runs are completed. Because our services are fully rendered and executed throughout the operational week, all fees collected are strictly non-refundable. There are no returns or retroactive refunds for completed administrative support.

3. Cancellation of Service Agreement
Either party may cancel the administrative support agreement at any time by providing written notice before the start of the next operational tracking week. Upon cancellation, any runs completed prior to the termination date will still be subject to the standard 8% administrative management fee and will be collected via the final scheduled weekly ACH direct debit.

SMS Communication Consent & Privacy Policy

• Program Description: Foster Logistics Solutions utilizes SMS text messaging to communicate operational updates, route-planning optimization details, dispatch alerts, billing coordination updates, and administrative notifications to registered independent 1099 courier owner-operators.

• Opt-In Consent: By providing your mobile phone number and signing this agreement, you explicitly consent to receive automated and manual operational text messages from Foster Logistics Solutions. Consent to receive text messages is a condition of receiving administrative dispatch services.

• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your weekly operational run volume and dispatch activity.

• Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

• Opt-Out (Stop): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to any message we send you. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

• Support (Help): If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [Insert Contact Email/Phone].

• Privacy & Data Protection: Foster Logistics Solutions respects your privacy. Mobile information, phone numbers, and SMS opt-in consent data will strictly not be shared, sold, rented, or leased to any third parties, partners, or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.
